What is the warranty for machines?
12 months from the time of shipment on the whole machine, except for consumables parts.
Will installation/training be provided?
Yes, methods include 1. Online: for free, by remote control, voice/ video chat, and other methods. 2. At our factory: for free, but customers will bear for their transportation and accommodation cost. 3. Door-to-door service: a fee is required and depends on our time and number of personnel.
How is the packing?
Products will be packed in seaworthy wooden boxes.
What kinds of shipping modes are available?
Sea or air transportation. It depends on the customer's choice and type of machines. Due to aviation safety regulations, certain machines can only be transported by sea.
What is the delivery time upon confirmation of the order?
The delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 workings days, depending on the type of machine. When it is at the peak of production, it may be longer. Please contact us for the actual delivery time.

Yes, the laser is completely safe to operate. No special safety gear is required to run the laser.
