In addition, we are supplying machines(wax injector, gold melting machine and etc), machine parts(laser source, scanner and etc) and jewellery casting consumables (silicone rubber, wax bead and etc) from our link manufacturers.

Yes, the laser is completely safe to operate. No special safety gear is required to run the laser.

Customers are warmly welcome to our factory for the transaction, which proves to be a securer and safer way. You can have a deeper understanding of our factory, staff, and company, and also get to know the machines you tend to buy in an intuitive way. Each of your requirements regarding the product information will be clearly stated in the contract.

We also support the other way - an online transaction which is popular among customers who are from overseas countries.

The delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the type of machine. When it is at the peak of production, it may be longer. Please contact us for the actual delivery time.

For every manufacturer including Cosmo Laser, quality assurance is essential for building a reputable brand and gaining customers' trust. Before shipping the products out of our factory, our quality checkers will perform multiple tests on the finished products, thereby, ensuring their stable performance to meet the requirements of the industry and international standards. Once defective products are found, they will be sent to the manufacturing workshops immediately for re-processing. They can't leave the factory until they fully meet the quality standards.

Products will be packed in seaworthy/airworthy wooden crates or hard cartons.

Yes, there are three options:
1. Online: free of charge, via remote control, voice/video chat to do online installation guide and online training.
2. At our factory: free of charge, but customers are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs.
3. Door-to-door service: the fee is required and is determined by our time and personnel.
