  • Are you a factory or a trading company?

    We are a factory that manufactures laser machines, and we provide OEM and after-sale service. We integrate R&D, production and sales, providing the best laser machine solutions for production enterprises.

  • What are the main products of Cosmo Laser?

    Products include laser welding machine, laser marking/engraving machine, laser cutting machine, finger ring/bangle pin marking machine, CNC design cutting machine.

  • What other products Cosmo Laser manufacture?

    Products include dust collectors, polishing machines, non-standard customized equipment, etc.

  • Is the laser safe to operate?

    Yes, the laser is completely safe to operate. No special safety gear is required to run the laser.

  • I know nothing about this machine. Which one should I choose?

    You can tell us what kind of material you want to mark or engrave on. We will assist you in selecting the appropriate machine and will share our best solution with you.

  • What are the payment terms?

    Full payment upon order confirmation. Payment by bank transfer. If you have other ideas, feel free to contact us.

  • What is the delivery time upon confirmation of the order?

    The delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 workings days, depending on the type of machine. When it is at the peak of production, it may be longer. Please contact us for the actual delivery time.

  • How is the packing?

    Products will be packed in seaworthy/airworthy wooden crates or paper boxes.

  • What kinds of shipping modes are available?

    Sea or air transportation. It depends on the customer's choice and type of machines. Due to aviation safety regulations, certain machines can only be transported by sea.

  • Will installation/training be provided?

    Yes, there are three options:
    1. Online: free of charge, via remote control, voice/video chat to do online installation guide and online training.
    2. At our factory: free of charge, but customers are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs.
    3. Door-to-door service: the fee is required and is determined by our time and personnel.
