Cosmo Laser sales team went to Shenzhen and participated in the Jewelry Fair on September 09, 2021. In the five-day fair, we successfully displayed machines and the brand Cosmo Laser for exhibitors and guests.

During the fair, many of the attendees from the jewellery industry highly praised the machines and samples. Our laser cutting machine and laser marking machine are in good quality which meet the requirements of jewellery making.

Brief Knowledge

The Shenzhen International Jewelry Fair is hosted by the Shenzhen Gold and Jewelry Industry Association. It takes the promotion of the development of Shenzhen and China's jewellery industry as its mission. It is held in Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center in September every year. It is the largest and most influential jewellery professional exhibition in Mainland China. It is an international and comprehensive platform integrating the latest jewellery products display, commercial transactions, technological innovation, brand promotion, cultural communication, information exchange and academic seminars. It is also an important annual international event for jewellery experts. The exhibition brings together more than 800 exhibitors each year, about 60% are from Shenzhen, 25% are from other cities of China, 15% are from overseas. Buyers come from more than 30 countries and regions.

1. What is the warranty for machines?
12 months from the time of shipment on the whole machine, except for consumables parts.
2. Will installation/training be provided?
Yes, methods include 1. Online: for free, by remote control, voice/ video chat, and other methods. 2. At our factory: for free, but customers will bear for their transportation and accommodation costs. 3. Door-to-door service: a fee is required and depends on our time and number of personnel.
3. How is the packing?
Products will be packed in seaworthy wooden boxes.
4. What kinds of shipping modes are available?
Sea or air transportation. It depends on the customer's choice and type of machines. Due to aviation safety regulations, certain machines can only be transported by sea.
5. What is the delivery time upon confirmation of the order?
The delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 workings days, depending on the type of machine. When it is at the peak of production, it may be longer. Please contact us for the actual delivery time.
6. What are the main products of Cosmo Laser?
Products include laser welding machine, laser marking/engraving machine, laser cutting machine, finger ring/bangle pin marking machine, CNC design cutting machine.

Yes, the laser is completely safe to operate. No special safety gear is required to run the laser.

Pre-sales: online consultation (by email, telephone, WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.), test on samples, visit our factory, provide customization project, provide financial services. In-sales: design, manufacture, installation, debugging, transportation logistics. After-sales: training, supply of repair parts, troubleshooting, maintenance, return visits

5 members of the Cosmo Laser sales team went to Hong Kong and participated in the International Jewellery Show on February 28, 2019, and successfully displayed the new serie of machines in the five-day exhibition.During the show, the company's products and services have been recognized by local/foreign suppliers and customers. The members are committed to promoting the brand Cosmo Laser all over the world.After returning to Guangzhou from the Hong Kong trip, we made a profound summary and discussion on the customer we got in touch with. In the four-day fair, we successfully displayed machines and the brand Cosmo Laser for exhibitors and guests.During the Gift Fair, the two non-metal laser marking machines were popular among the attendee. They are CO2 laser marking machine (model: CD-35) and UV laser marking machine (model: CUV-5). The economical fiber laser marking machine with a flat area marking table is also well praised.Many of the attendees from the gift industry brought their own products and did the marking with our machines.
