On May 24th, 2023, our team of engineers visited the customer's factory to install and train the operators on how to use the fibre laser cutting machine. This machine is high-performance equipment that can cut various metal materials with high precision and efficiency. In this blog post, we will share some details of the installation and training process, as well as some feedback from the customer.

The installation process took about two hours, during which we carefully checked the power supply, laser source, cutting head, and control panel of the machine. We also adjusted the alignment of the laser beam and the focal point to ensure optimal cutting quality. After the installation was completed, we tested the machine by cutting some samples of different metals, such as stainless steel, copper, brass and silver. The customer was very satisfied with the results and praised the smoothness and accuracy of the cuts.
