Dust Collector (Model: Dc-2)

The dust collector adopts an integrated cabinet structure, high-pressure suction, and high-efficiency recovery with an exquisite design. Equipped with a high-efficiency motor, it can operate at a high-performance rate and for long hours. The dust collector suction strength is adjustable according to different demands. It is equipped with a differential pressure sensor to monitor the operating status of the equipment at any time. Filter maintenance and replacement are simple and can be easily accessed by opening the top cover of the machine.

How to do?

                   

Step one: switch on the dust collector and control the suction power according to your needs.

                   

Step two: close the front opening of the acrylic box before using the machine

                   

Step three: enter or import the content/pattern to be cut on the software then red light preview

                   

Step four: start marking, you can see that during the laser processing, the dust generated only stays in the box and is sucked out by the dust collector

                   

Step five: finished marking

                   

Step six: if some of the cut pieces do not fall out, you can poke them with a sharp object
