This video is a tutorial for customers who first get in touch with our laser marking machines (CTM-L or CTM-m Series). It shows how to mark text inside a ring with a rotary fixture. The engraving process is automatic with 360 degrees. The angle of the rotary fixture can also be adjusted. Generally, engraving the inner ring will raise the rotating head by 30-45 degrees. This requires us to decide according to the actual situation.

measure the inner diameter of the ring

set parameters in the marking software
install the rotary fixture
place the ring in the rotary fixture(add an accessory on the 3 jaw clamp) and adjust the angle
adjust the X, Y and Z axis to make the 2 red light spots at the bottom and central of the inner ring

cancel the preview process
start marking
