The camera captures the shape of your workpieces which are randomly placed in the marking area and precisely do the marking regardless of the position and orientation of the workpieces. The camera is able to mark workpieces of different shapes by first capturing the various shapes before the marking process. With the camera capture function, inaccurate marking due to inaccurate positioning of the workpieces by operators is eliminated. Able to resume the original marking position, which allows for accurate repeated markings which greatly reduce the chance of spoiled or sub-standard marking which in turn reduce wastage and the time to repair. Camera capture marking is at least 10 times faster than the positioning of the workpieces by the operator. Highly recommended for marking large quantities of workpieces.
